Executive, Talent Acquisition & Talent Management

As an Executive for Talent Acquisition and Talent Management, you will be tasked in managing the full spectrum of talent acquisition and talent management to support YTL Cement Group’s current and future business objectives. Your responsibilities also include transforming the company’s HR systems into digitalized HR systems that will provide more efficient HR support services to stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage thefull cycle of recruitment processes from sourcing to coordination of hiring documentation
  • Work closely withhiring manager to determine the needs and expectations to develop a hiring strategy for each role
  • Identifynew opportunities for improvement on recruitment strategy to attract top talents
  • Be responsible for talent review to ensure the effectiveness of the development plan
  • Develop and manage talent programme execution across the businesses. Measure the programme’s effectiveness and explore new talent assessment tools in the market
  • Build talentpipelines from different channels for the company’s talent needs
  • Participate in job fairs and professional events to support the company’s employer branding
  • Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS users for the Recruitment and Talent Management modules
  • Performad-hoc duties assigned by superior to support the company’s operations and objectives
Job Requirements.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Have at least 2-4 years of relevant HR experience in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management. Having experience in technical hiring will be an added advantage
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skill with the ability to work with stakeholders to meet the company’s needs
  • Able to develop and implement creative sourcing methods and build professional networks to attract potential talents
  • Possess own transport and be willing to travel independently across states
