A prominent sustainability firm in Malaysia is looking for an Executive focused on Sustainability in Product & Sales. The role involves supporting the development and rollout of sustainability solutions, conducting market research, and assisting in sales activities across various sectors. Candidates should have a degree related to business or sustainability with 1–3 years of experience. This position offers the opportunity to work on sustainable projects and engage with diverse teams to drive impact.
Support the development, positioning, and rollout of sustainability solutions.
Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities, emerging sustainability trends, and competitor activities.
Work closely with internal technical and operations teams to ensure products meet customer requirements and regulatory standards.
Prepare product documentation, technical proposals, and presentation materials.
Product Development & ManagementSupport the development, positioning, and rollout of sustainability solutions.
Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities, emerging sustainability trends, and competitor activities.
Work closely with internal technical and operations teams to ensure products meet customer requirements and regulatory standards.
Prepare product documentation, technical proposals, and presentation materials.
Support sales activities including lead generation, customer engagement, proposal preparation, and follow-ups.
Assist in developing new markets within facilities management, commercial buildings, retail, and hospitality sectors.
Participate in customer meetings, product demonstrations, and pilot projects.
Maintain and update the sales pipeline and contribute to achieving annual sales targets.
Assist in developing marketing strategies and go-to-market plans for sustainability solutions.
Identify opportunities in targeted commercial and retail segments.
Prepare marketing collaterals, case studies, and success stories.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on pilot deployments, installations, and customer trials.
Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
Prepare regular reports on product performance, sales progress, market feedback, and competitor activity.
Analyse customer feedback to support continuous product improvement.
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Sustainability, or related disciplines.
1–3 years of experience in sales support, product management, business development, or sustainability-related roles.
Strong interest in sustainability, green technology, and energy efficiency solutions.
Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is an added advantage.
