Executive - Sourcing & Trading Support ( Edible Oils Product )

Bunge Food Solutions sells specialty and edible oils products, which have a broad range of applications in the confectionery, nutrition, bakery and culinary industries. The portfolio includes both tropical and seed oils.

The Sourcing & Trading Support Executive is responsible for sourcing, trading data gathering, SAP system support, collecting and managing data to be entered into the system, position and P&L analysis.

He/ she is a crucial liaison window responsible for the bridging communication between sourcing & trading team and cross functions (plant, supply chain, quality control, production, finance, legal and other departments) in ensuring stable supply of raw oil. Monitoring intercompany purchase/sales and ensure smooth sourcing and trading work by efficient and accurate system operations.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Contract management – Support all Sourcing and Trading end-to-end process for inter-company and external parties which include contract creation and arrangement process. Respond to requests for information and access relevant files on time and correctly.
• Assist end-to-end process for import shipment including contract creation, shipping and payment arrangement. Respond to requests for information and access relevant files on time and correctly.
• Monitoring contracts overdue/status and contract validity.
• Analyze position and stock for team/traders and oversee OSM between hedge center and refinery.
• Position and risk management – making position reports, calculating profits and losses, and analyzing the impact on the company and team.
• Maintaining/follow up traceability process – Coordinate with other departments/supplier to get all the traceability information.
• Managed RSPO/MSPO IT Platform and assist on RSPO/MSPO execution process.
• Supporting any other activities (backup person).
