The role involves managing the entire recruitment cycle, preparing assessment reports, and coordinating interviews. Job description
Executive/ Senior Executive, Talent Acquisition

Manage and oversee the entire cycle of the Recruitment and Selection for UCSI Group of Companies.

Responsible for the entire recruitment process. This includes recruitment and selection by working with online job portals, LinkedIn and employee referral program.

Prepare candidate assessment reports and making professional recommendations.

Coordinate recruitment activity and conduct joint interviews with the Head of School / Head of Department (inclusive of subsidiary companies).

Conduct character reference check on recommended/successful candidate.

Prepare Offer Letter / Contract for incoming staff and to ensure that it is signed and returned by the appointed staff before the date of commencement.

Prepare Contracts to Lecturers and to ensure that the contracts are issued to them prior to commencement of the semester.

Compile candidate database and produce creative ideas in candidate recruitment.

To participate and engage in recruitment drives organized by the group ie. career exhibition, seminars.

To perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any discipline.

General understanding of sourcing and recruiting techniques.

Outstanding communication ability (both Malay and English).

Goal orientated, good team player and able to handle multiple priorities.

Tenacious problem solver, able to work to deadlines and targets.

Organized and methodical with a keen eye for detail.
