Executive / Senior Executive, Project (Construction/Property)

We are looking for a Executive / Senior Executive, Project to support our project management team in the planning, coordination, and execution of property development projects. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in managing multi-stakeholder construction projects.

Job Description:

Assist the Project Manager in preparing detailed project briefs, feasibility studies, project cash flow analyses, and budgeting.

Lead design development activities, ensuring technical compliance and alignment with project goals and company standards.

Liaison with local authorities and all certified authorities and assists in Plan Submission and Approval.

Coordinate technical aspects of the project, including drawing reviews, cost planning, and liaising with consultants and contractors.

Manage and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure projects are on schedule and within budget.

Foster strong relationships with inter-department teams such as Sales & Marketing, Contracts, and Procurement to streamline project-related processes.

Prepare and present project status reports, highlighting key risks, challenges, and mitigation plans.

Support risk management activities and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Perform any other assignments as required by the Project Manager.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Studies, or related field

Minimum 1–3 years’ experience for Project Executive in property development or construction projects

Experience in local authority submissions and approvals (e.g. local council, BOMBA, TNB, IWK, etc.) is an added advantage

Familiar with project coordination, drawing reviews, consultant & contractor management

Basic understanding of project budgeting, cost control, and scheduling

Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work across departments

Able to work independently, well-organised, and capable of handling multiple tasks

Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or project management tools is an advantage

Willing to be based at project site and attend meetings as required
