Job description

Oversee the end-to-end implementation of FSTEP and in-house Digital Banking and Leadership programmes, including trainer scheduling, participant coordination, and ensuring smooth overall programme delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Manage FSTEP job postings, application screening, and candidate databases across multiple recruitment platforms for Financial Institutions (FIs).
  • Manage attendance tracking for FSTEP and in-house Digital Banking and Leadership programmes. Prepare and submit attendance summaries to participating Financial Institutions.
  • Prepare and coordinate trainer evaluations in accordance with the training schedule. Compile summary reports of trainer evaluations for each FSTEP batch and in-house programmes.
  • Prepare and compile all assessment materials for each FSTEP batch and for in-house programmes, ensuring alignment with the programme structure, learning outcomes, and assessment guidelines. Distribute Certificates of Attendance/Completion to eligible participants.
  • Carry out any other duties or special projects as assigned by the Director or CEO to support organisational objectives.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in an administrative or programme coordination role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with colleagues, trainers, and participants.
