Responsibilities
  • Incident Management: Lead and coordinate all aspects of security incidents, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
  • Reporting & Compliance: Deliver accurate security reports and maintain alignment with Country Security Management Standards.
  • Vendor Governance: Manage security vendors to create a cost-effective, fit-for-purpose platform and enforce compliance through audits and assessments.
  • Risk & Framework Assurance: Conduct capability assessments, security audits, and investigations, partnering with law enforcement when necessary.
  • Security Strategy & Adaptation: Customize security concepts to meet client and operational needs, positioning security as a value-added service to support business growth.
  • Loss Prevention & Profitability: Implement proactive measures to prevent losses and enhance operational quality through best practices.
  • Training & Awareness: Drive security awareness programs to strengthen staff knowledge and tighten operational procedures.
  • Subcontractor Compliance: Collaborate with Operations and Procurement to enforce security standards across subcontractors and transportation partners.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Deliver news and critical messages to stakeholders in a clear, mature, and professional manner.
  • Language Proficiency: Conduct discussions confidently in English, ensuring clarity and trust without creating doubt.
Requirements
  • Education: Diploma in Security Management or other relevant qualifications. TAPA Certification is an added advantage.
  • Experience: Hands‑on experience in logistics or warehouse operations or Semiconductor Manufacturing Environment, with a strong understanding of security practices.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in database management, spreadsheets, and word processing tools for tracking, analyzing, and communicating security data.
  • Data Management: Skilled in inputting, manipulating, and generating accurate reports within tight timelines.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to engage confidently with diverse personalities, cultures, and work environments, fostering trust and collaboration.
  • Adaptability: Demonstrates agility in adjusting priorities and tasks to meet evolving business needs.
  • Strategic and Analytical Thinker: Possesses the ability to assess complex security challenges, anticipate risks, and develop innovative, practical solutions that align with organizational goals and enhance operational resilience.
