Job description

Position the role reports to: Business Operations Manager

Purpose

For this team: Assistance to serve as the initial point of contact for internal users experiencing system issues, diagnosing and resolving basic problems promptly.

For this position:

Support the smooth functioning of reporting and operations by performing tasks such as database maintenance, report updates, and monitoring system performance.

Key Accountabilities
  • First-Level technical support and serve as the primary point of contact for internal users experiencing system report error, diagnosing and resolving problems in a timely manner
  • Prepare report on time to management and support to maintain business efficiency
  • Documentation, record keeping, maintain accurate and detailed records of all support interactions, technical processes, procedures, inventory system and internal databases
  • Ensure compliance, support and advise other stakeholders
Other Responsibilities
  • Anticipate customer needs and proactively identify solutions
  • Ensure all sales related activities and follow-up are executed accordingly within specified timeframe
  • Ensure sales related documents are in order, methods and procedures are fully complied by all sales staffs
  • Co-ordinate with various departments to ensure smooth flow of the operations of the business
  • You will also be required to perform or undertake any other task as may be given from time to time by your immediate superior or by the Management
Education Qualifications & Certificates

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Degree in related discipline

Skills
  • Familiarity with basic latest office management tools, database management systems or any IT tools (e.g., SQL, MySQL, Tableau,) and the ability to perform basic maintenance and data handling tasks
  • Exposure to sales / tech operations in the telecommunication industry, digital engagement, gaming, e-commerce or etc is an added advantage
