A leading automotive company in Malaysia is seeking an Executive for Sales & Service to manage operations and enhance customer satisfaction. The role involves planning and administering new vehicle projects, conducting studies for network expansion, and ensuring effective communication across departments. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields and strong skills in communication, teamwork, and problem solving. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for this dynamic position.
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Logistic / Supply Chain Management or equivalent to any related field
Experience with Sales and Service Centre business would be added advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills with strong problem solving and analytical skill
Able to multi-task and work independently, with minimal supervision (under pressure and tight deadlines)
A team player and possess a good teamwork
Excellent user of Power Point, Excel and Word
Willing to work at Perodua Headquarters, Sg Choh, Rawang, Selangor

Project Operations and Administration that oversee daily operations, planning and administrative tasks for new vehicle and new product
To conduct studies and provide recommendations for Network Expansion Planning of new product
To liase with outlets and related departments to ensure smooth execution of new projects under the SMP initiative
To responsible in customer handling by providing timely problems solving in professional manner to the customer which to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction on new product
To responsible in develop procedures and monitoring to new systems for new product’s operations
