A leading automotive firm is looking for a Sales Executive to enhance the promotion and sales of its products in Malaysia. The role involves gathering market data, conducting dealer visits, and promoting company products. Responsibilities
  • Gathering and reporting of competitors’ market information, activities and dealers’ feedback.
  • Promote the wholesales & retail of company products as well as direct customers’ promotion activities.
  • Plan and schedule dealer visit within own territory.
  • Dealer visit to develop and monitor Dealers’ activities, problem solving and follow-up outstanding matters.
  • Ensure good and effective communication with dealers and resolve outstanding matters with dealers.
  • Monitor and review CKD and CBU incentive programs & dealers activities/programs.
  • Oversee the concept shop dealer's well being.
  • Monitor the achievement of assigned Dealers’ wholesale and retail sales based on Annual Target Agreement (ATA).
  • Recommend marketing activities for Dealer to achieve wholesale and retail sales.
  • Negotiate financial institution and insurance companies for the sales and promotion activities.
  • Monitor and control of Dealers’ monthly ordering and stock movement.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the company as and when required.
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
  • Experience in dealers sales networking.
  • Possess knowledge and working experience in automotive industry will be an added value.
  • Ability to build rapport with all dealers and customer for better engagement and sales opportunities.
  • Fresh graduates or those with sales experience in other fields of industry are encouraged to apply.
  • Able to converse in various languages would be an added advantage.
  • Able to communicate with different levels of people.
  • Able to travel outstation, work extended hours and participate in weekend events.
  • Excellent supervision, leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Pleasant, customer‑oriented and outgoing personality.
  • Ability to ride motorcycle is an advantage.
