As an Executive, Telesales (Sales Acquisition), you will play a key role in driving business growth by engaging potential and existing customers through direct communication. Your main responsibility will be to generate sales by promoting products or services over the phone, qualifying leads, and closing deals. You will also ensure a smooth customer journey by maintaining accurate records, following up post-sale, and contributing to a high standard of customer service.

What Role Will You Play in Shaping CompAsia's Future?
  • Contacting Customers: Engage with both prospective and existing customers through phone calls to promote products or services. Additionally, handle inbound calls from customers responding to marketing campaigns.
  • Sales Generation: The primary objective is to drive sales by effectively closing deals over the phone, ensuring customers fully understand the value and benefits of the products or services being offered.
  • Lead Qualification: Evaluate leads by asking insightful questions to determine customer needs and readiness to make a purchase, enabling the targeting of high-potential customers and improving conversion rates.
  • Maintaining Customer Relationships: Deliver exceptional customer service by following up post-sale to ensure satisfaction, cultivate repeat business, and document interactions and feedback to support continuous improvement.
  • Utilizing Scripts: Adhere to a structured script to guide conversations, ensuring all key points are covered while maintaining consistency and professionalism in communication.
  • Updating Customer Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, including interactions, purchases, and feedback, to facilitate effective follow-up and enhance sales strategies.
  • Achieving Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas by closely monitoring performance and adapting strategies as needed to achieve desired results.
What Qualifications and Experience Will You Bring to Excel in This Role?
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, particularly in telesales, with the ability to identify customer needs, recommend suitable products or services, and handle objections and rejections with professionalism.
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English (Malay is a plus). Ability to convey information clearly and confidently across platforms. Excellent communication skills in English (Malay is a plus).
  • Possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong, lasting relationships with customers.
  • Demonstrate great organizational skills in managing customer profiles, sales data, and feedback, ensuring smooth data transmission to teams such as Logistics, Product, and Customer Excellence for efficient order processing and fulfillment.
  • Proven ability to close deals, handle objections, and convert inquiries into successful sales opportunities.
  • Strong service mindset, with professionalism in addressing customer concerns and fostering long-term customer relationships.
  • Capable of efficiently managing leads, follow-ups, and internal coordination with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience with CRM systems and customer support tools is considered a valuable asset.
