A leading property company in Penang is seeking a sales executive to drive sales strategies and manage customer satisfaction. The candidate will need a bachelor's degree in Business Studies or a related field. Execute the sales strategies for the assigned project to achieve sales targets and deliver a high level of service quality.

Responsibilities
  • To develop a sales strategy for the assigned projects and ensure attainment of the company sales goals and profitability.
  • Assist in the formulation of marketing strategies and developing marketing plans for the respective projects and budgets, advertising and promotion programme, and product pricing.
  • Responsible for the performance and development of the sales team.
  • This is including prepares action plans by individuals and by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
  • Keep abreast of latest sales & marketing information and competitor activity to recommend necessary tactical actions.
  • To monitor and take charge on coordinating the preparation of roadshows, launching, promotion materials, sales kits and sales documentation.
  • To attend to feedback/comments from visitors/purchasers during sales, site visits and presentations.
  • Utilize the computerized booking system to ensure that information is effectively communicated to all relevant stakeholders.
  • To ensure that sales data and reports are updated timely.
Customer Service
  • Implement and manage programs designed to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Execute excellent customer service initiatives to ensure high levels of service quality.
Sales Documentation
  • Follow up with bankers on loan application statuses and ensure the timely signing of Sale & Purchase Agreements and Loan Agreements within 21 days to achieve high operational efficiency.
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business Studies or equivalent.
  • Preferably Executives specializing in Property/ Real Estate or equivalent Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
