Design Development & Implementation

Develop and implement design guidelines for retail spaces within the mall, to consistency with the mall's branding and operational standards. Review and approve design proposals submitted by retailers and contractors.

Project Coordination & Delivery

Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion. Oversee the fit‑out process and ensure all works comply with safety and accessibility standards.

Retailer Engagement & Support

Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers to understand their design needs and preferences. Collaborate with retailers to create store layouts that enhance customer experience and maximize sales.

Material & Aesthetic Oversight

Evaluate and select materials, furnishings, and finishes for retail spaces.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure cohesive branding and a seamless customer experience throughout the mall.

Innovation & Industry Trends

Stay updated on retail design trends and incorporate best practices into design strategies. Facilitate the adoption of new technologies and innovations to enhance asset value.

Requirements
