Malaysia Transformer Manufacturing – Ampang

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive (Reporting) to join our Accounting team at MALAYSIA TRANSFORMER MANUFACTURING SDN. BHD’ in Ampang Kuala Lumpur. This is a contract position, offering the opportunity to contribute to the financial reporting and analysis functions within our growing organisation.

What you’ll be doing

• Prepare and analyse financial reports, including monthly/quarterly/annual statements, budgets and forecasts
• Support the month‑end and year‑end close process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
• Assist with the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings
• Collaborate with various departments to gather and validate financial data
• Identify trends and insights to help inform business decisions
• Maintain and improve financial reporting systems and processes
• Provide ad‑hoc reporting and analysis as requested by management

What we’re looking for

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• Experience in a financial reporting or accounting role, preferably in the manufacturing industry (a plus)
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, IFRS and Malaysian accounting standards
• Proficiency in using financial reporting software and data analysis tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Attention to detail and a proactive, problem‑solving mindset
