A leading educational institution in Cyberjaya is seeking an experienced administrator to assist with student admissions and curriculum management. Successful candidates will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or related fields, at least two years of experience in education, and strong organizational and communication skills. This role involves processing applications, maintaining student records, and supporting academic requirements, ensuring a smooth administrative workflow in a dynamic environment.
Assist in processing new student applications and scheduling admission interviews.
Maintain accurate student admission and records data in the system.
Manage and update the Regulation Master and Programme Curriculum in coordination with Programme/Year Coordinators.
Prepare and share confirmed course breakdown details with relevant teams.
Ensure any curriculum or course structure changes are approved and documented.
Facilitate subject group capacity mapping and list of course offerings.
Coordinate and process course enrolments, ensuring templates are complete and uploaded into UC Campus.
Support scheduling teams to ensure timely and accurate course setup each semester.
Compile and update student progression records based on input from Programme/Year Coordinators.
Ensure accurate data entry and reporting in UC Campus.
Process and verify credit transfer applications in collaboration with academic coordinators.
Support the preparation and verification of class timetables.
Upload approved timetables into UC Campus.
Handle Jira Ticket Helpdesk requests and provide timely resolution for academic.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

High integrity and confidentiality in handling student data.
Adaptability to evolving processes in a centralized administrative model.
Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Business Management, Education, or related field.
At least 2 years of administrative experience, preferably higher education.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, student information systems (e.g., UC Campus), and digital helpdesk tools (e.g., Jira).
Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with academic staff and students.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
