Develop and implement integrated PR and communication plans that directly support our core organizational objectives.

Integrated Communications & Strategy
  • Strategy & Alignment: Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless functionality and coordination of all PR, marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.
  • Plan Development: Develop and implement integrated PR and communication plans that directly support our core organizational objectives.
Content Mastery & Media Relations
  • Creative Content: Develop, write, and manage high-impact editorial proposals, presentations, press releases, articles, speeches, and other essential PR materials.
  • Earned Media: Proactively secure positive editorial coverage in print, broadcast, and digital media to significantly elevate brand awareness and reputation.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, enduring relationships with media contacts, influencers, and key stakeholders.
Digital & Social Media Leadership
  • Platform Management: Plan, execute, and monitor the brand's presence and engagement strategies across key social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X).
  • Campaigns: Develop and deploy engaging social media content and campaigns that drive conversation and growth.
Campaign Management & Support
  • Creative Execution: Develop creative, relevant, and impactful ideas for marketing and PR campaigns, always prioritizing cost-effectiveness and maximum reach.
  • Asset Coordination: Assist with or manage coordination of image/video production and the development of social content and retail marketing assets.
  • Event Support: Provide hands‑on support for departmental events, including planning, execution, and post‑event communications.
Monitoring & Reporting
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor daily news related to the organization, industry trends, and competitors to inform strategy.
  • Performance Analysis: Generate comprehensive reports (monthly, post‑campaign, or as required) detailing PR activities, media coverage results, and campaign Return on Investment (ROI).
What You Bring: Qualifications & Skills
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or similar qualification in Public Relations, Journalism, Mass Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, and/or Journalism. Crucially, this experience must be gained from either an agency setting or a corporate communications department. We welcome fresh graduates with exceptional potential, strong portfolios, and relevant internships to apply.
  • Copywriting: Proven experience in copywriting, demonstrated by a strong portfolio of written materials (press releases, articles, social media content, etc.).
  • Campaign Success: Demonstrable experience in developing and executing successful PR and social media campaigns.
  • Language: Excellent command of the English language (both verbal and written) is mandatory. Ability to read and write in Chinese will be added advantage.
  • Bilingual: Good verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Media Knowledge: Strong understanding of the traditional media relations and digital media landscapes.
  • Soft Skills: You must be independent, proactive, and resourceful with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Teamwork: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse internal and external teams.
