Executive-Project UDA Land (East) Sdn Bhd

Oversee and manage the full implementation lifecycle of projects.

Work closely with the project manager to align on goals, milestones, and timelines.

Coordinate with technical, design, and operational teams to ensure seamless execution.

Ensure that all deliverables meet the highest quality standards and align with the original project scope.

Troubleshoot any technical or operational issues and coordinate solutions to keep the project on track.

Identify and mitigate risks that could impact the project implementation process.

Address any unforeseen challenges, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.

Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and issues.

Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including implementation plans, progress reports, and status updates.

Provide clear, timely, and comprehensive reports to stakeholders regarding project implementation status.

Ensure that all documentation is aligned with organizational standards.

Assist in the transition of projects to operational teams after the implementation phase.

Address any post-implementation issues or improvements and ensure proper support is in place for smooth handover.

Perform any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time in relation to project (pre-construction or/and post-construction).

Qualifications

• Possess a minimum Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, construction management, or a related field with at least 4 years of working experience in capital projects, including design, commissioning, validation, qualification, regulatory, and construction phases of property construction industries).
• Strong planning background and project management software familiarity.
• Property industry certification and experience in BIM are advantages.
• Proficient in both oral and writing in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
• Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize work, strong organization skills, and ability to multi-task.
