Job description
JOB PURPOSE

Execute sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives by securing the right goods at optimal value, while ensuring quality, reliability, and regulatory compliance within the approved budget and available resources in accordance with the Company’s procedure and Client’s specifications.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and implement synergized supply chain plans, strategies, roadmap, initiatives, and procurement tools to reduce overall costs and enhance product/service reliability while meeting project deliverables.
  • Execute and process procurement requisitions and purchase orders for HEO & Yard materials to ensure timely availability and cost control.
  • Build and maintain relationship with relevant parties (e.g. Client, Project Management Team, Engineering, QHSE, QA/QC and other departments or sections within SCM Division, etc.) and vendors/ contractors to facilitate smooth connection within parties to deliver the divisional objectives.
  • Analyze and evaluate supplier proposals, quotations, and capabilities, and provide well‑founded recommendations to management for supplier selection, ensuring value‑for‑money, quality assurance, compliance with standards, and alignment with project and organizational requirements.
  • Execute and coordinate the team’s budget and utilization to ensure that expenses are within the approved budget.
  • Comply with SCM policies, procedures, and governance to ensure consistency, integrity, regulatory compliance, alignment with corporate goals, and effective risk management.
  • Drive SCM improvement initiatives to enhance processes, practices, and policies, delivering measurable cost and non‑cost benefits, while designing effective controls and monitoring mechanisms to safeguard supply chain integrity.
  • Assist in the preparation and review, of supplier contracts by ensuring obligations are clearly defined, properly documented until award process and acceptance by supplier.
  • Promote a safe, healthy, and motivating work environment that encourages excellence, discipline, and integrity, while supporting HSE initiatives to embed safety as part of the workplace culture and improve overall productivity.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree in relevant Engineering field / Business Administration.
  • 2‑3 years performing related roles in Procurement function of a company / similar industry.
