In this full-time role based in Gurun, Kedah, you will be responsible for providing strategic and operational support to the company's procurement function. What you'll be doing

• Assist in the procurement of materials, equipment and services required for the company's manufacturing operations
• Negotiate and liaise with suppliers to secure the best commercial terms and ensure timely delivery of goods
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement activities and supplier performance
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify cost‑saving opportunities and implement procurement strategies
• Support the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures
• Monitor and report on procurement KPIs to drive continuous improvement

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a procurement or supply chain role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
• Strong negotiation and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
• Proficient in data analysis and using ERP systems to track and report on procurement activities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain supplier relationships
• Tertiary qualification in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
