Job summary

A leading property development company based in Johor Bahru is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide efficient and confidential support to the COO and Directors. The role includes managing schedules, correspondence, preparing reports, and acting as the liaison between management and various stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have a diploma or degree in Business Administration, 3-5 years of relevant experience, and excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting senior management.
  • Experience in property development or construction industries is an advantage.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential matters.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate daily schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior management.
  • Handle all incoming correspondence, ensuring timely responses.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, reports, and presentations.
  • Act as a liaison between senior management and stakeholders.
  • Maintain filing and record-keeping systems for confidential documents.
