Executive – Operations & Customer Service

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Operations & Customer Service Executive to join our team at M&M Militzer & Muench SDN BHD. This full-time role will be based in Klang, Jalan Batu Tiga Lama, Selangor and will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service and overseeing our day‑to‑day operations.

Responsibilities
  • Providing high‑quality customer service to our clients, managing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Overseeing the smooth running of our freight forwarding operations
  • Analyzing customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall customer experience
  • Monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
  • Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of customer service and operations experience, preferably in a fast‑paced, customer‑centric environment
  • Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making and analytical skills
