Job summary

A leading airline company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Executive, Operation Admin to provide high-level executive, operational, and administrative support. The role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, overseeing complex travel arrangements, and ensuring compliance with policies. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and have 3-5 years of relevant experience, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success in this dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 1–2 years in admin tasks.
  • Experience within the airline industry is an added advantage.
  • Preferably experience in Business Administration/Office Administration/Project Management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Head of Channel Efficiency’s daily schedule and coordinate meetings.
  • Manage administrative and financial tasks for the Channel Efficiency department.
  • Oversee complex travel arrangements and coordinate Learning & Development activities.
  • Act as liaison between Channel Efficiency department and IT for tech-related issues.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to support project deliverables and timelines.

Skills

Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
Detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organization and time-management skills
Ability to exhibit sound judgment

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
