Job summary

Job Requirements

Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Building / Property Development / Real Estate Management or equivalent.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity.

Experience in property management, shopping complex or retail environment would be an added advantage.

Good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Self-driven and able to work within tight deadlines.

In-charge of all matters related to housekeeping of the mall to achieve a high degree of cleanliness in order to project the best impression to the general public.

Work closely with the outsourced cleaning service company to ensure agreed standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained in the mall in accordance with correct procedures and administration.

Handle all matters related to pest control, refuse disposal, waste recycling and floor mats.

Compiling all tenant reports for pest control, grease trap, kitchen exhaust, etc.

In-charge of all matters related to landscaping of the mall. Direct, coordinate and supervise works of the landscaping contractors to ensure compliance with terms and specifications of contract.

EHS documentation and compliance. Attend quarterly EHS meeting with Group Ops and carry out EHS audit assignment to other mall.

Handle the operations procurement inclusive of tender management for building services, sanitary parts, etc.

Perform any other duties, which may be assigned or directed by the line of report from time to time.
