Job summary

A creative studio in Petaling Jaya is looking for a highly organized Team Executive / Office Coordinator. The role focuses on financial coordination, executive support for the Creative Director, and managing administrative operations. Candidates should have a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration and 2-3 years of relevant experience, along with excellent organizational and communication skills. The position offers a hybrid work model and a total remuneration package of RM 3,100 - RM 4,100 monthly.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in office coordination.
  • Proven experience in financial coordination or basic bookkeeping.

  • Manage calendar, travel, and communication for the Creative Director.
  • Oversee office operations and vendor relations.
