• Aggressively source and book new loans for the bank.
• Responsible to meet monthly targets and minimum of performance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationship with property developers, real estate agents lawyer and valuers.
• Actively attend developer launches, road shows, property exhibitions, ect when required.
• Actively promote Mortgage products.
• Cross selling other banking products, when required.
• Exhibit high professionalism and competency at all times.
• Ensure bank's interest is protected at all times.
• Comply with bank's policies, guidelines and regulations at all times.
• Participate and display team work in all aspect of work, projects and assignment, Group Management Programmes etc. at all times.
