This is a full-time, on-site role for a Corporate & Executive Manager located in Alor Setar. The Corporate & Executive Manager will oversee and coordinate strategic and operational aspects of the organization. Key responsibilities include supervising departmental operations, managing resources, implementing organizational policies, and ensuring alignment with the company’s goals. The role also involves developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to promote synergy and collaboration.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines.
A Master’s Degree (MBA / MHA or equivalent) is an added advantage.
Experience
- 5–10 years of progressive experience in healthcare management, corporate affairs, strategic planning, or business operations.
- Prior experience in a hospital, healthcare group, or public-listed company environment is preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of: Ministry of Health (MOH) regulations, Private Healthcare Facilities and Services Act (PHFSA), Bursa Malaysia governance and compliance requirements, Clinical and operational terminology within healthcare settings
2. Role Purpose
To support the CEO and senior leadership team in driving corporate strategy, governance, performance management, and hospital-wide coordination. The role ensures effective execution of strategic initiatives, prepares Board-level documentation, enhances operational efficiency, and supports cross-hospital alignment within the group.
3. Key Responsibilities
A. Corporate Strategy & Planning
- Support development and execution of corporate strategies, hospital expansion plans, and new service lines.
- Coordinate annual business planning, budgeting, and performance review cycles.
- Conduct market research, financial analysis, benchmarking, and feasibility studies.
- Track KPIs across clinical, operational, and financial functions.
B. Executive Support & Management
- Act as a strategic executive aide to the CEO and senior management.
- Prepare executive briefs, reports, speeches, presentations, and Board papers.
- Manage follow-ups for CEO directives and ensure timely closure of action items.
- Coordinate meetings with regulators, investors, and key stakeholders.
C. Corporate Governance & Compliance
- Support compliance with Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements, MCCG, Companies Act, and internal governance policies.
- Ensure timely preparation of materials for Board and Board Committee meetings.
- Assist in drafting policies, SOPs, and frameworks (risk, corporate governance, compliance).
- Provide internal audit and risk management follow-up support.
D. Operations Coordination & Performance Monitoring
- Liaise with multiple hospitals/branches to ensure alignment of strategy and performance.
- Monitor hospital-level operational KPIs (bed utilisation, throughput, clinical quality indicators).
- Identify operational gaps and elevate issues to senior management for resolution.
- Support cross-department projects (clinical, nursing, finance, HR, IT, operations).
E. Project & Change Management
- Lead or support strategic corporate projects (digital health, service line growth, JCI/MSQH accreditation, hospital expansions).
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure timely project delivery.
- Implement change-management programs, especially for process improvement.
F. Communication, Engagement & Stakeholder Management
- Draft official letters, announcements, and communication on behalf of senior management.
- Assist with ESG initiatives, corporate social responsibility, and investor relations communication.
- Manage internal communication between headquarters and hospital operations teams.
