A property leasing firm is seeking an individual for the role focused on lease negotiations and tenant acquisition within a shopping mall. Responsibilities include conducting market research, planning leasing activities, maintaining landlord-tenant relationships, and supporting leasing strategy implementations. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 1 year of relevant experience, with fresh graduates encouraged to apply. This position requires strong communication and negotiation skills, focus on customer service, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Source & participate in lease negotiations, identifying prospective & secure tenants for the shopping mall to meet leasing targets.
Assist to conduct market research in keeping up with market trends & competitor retails development.
Plan and execute the leasing activities for retailers.
Establish & maintain good landlord tenant relationships with existing & potential tenants.
Support the Senior Manager, Leasing in formulating and implementing leasing strategy analysis for rental rate, occupancy rates, planning & implementing tenancy in retail mall.
Attend to tenants’ leasing queries, requests and feedback with a view to rectifying or resolving issues for service improvement.
Ensure timely deposit, rental collection, and renewal of tenancy agreements.
Attend to tenancy related matters including negotiation and issue legal documentation, generate leasing report as well as any other related documents with regards to tenancy transactions.
Liaise closely with inter departments on matters pertaining to Fit‑Out, Facility Maintenance & Operations.
Analyze tenants’ sales & overall performance.
Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management or equivalent.
At least 1 of working experience in Tenancy, Administration, Real Estate or similar.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Good communication and writing skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Knowledge of the IFCA system is an added advantage.
Preferably Executives specializing in Mall Leasing or equivalent.
A team player, meticulous and customer‑oriented with good management, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation skills and experience in dealing with multiple tenant requirements.
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
