Responsibilities

• Automate and optimize business processes using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools
• Develop and maintain RPA workflows
• Collaborate with departments to enhance digital workflows using platforms like Power Automate and SharePoint
• Database Management
  • Ensure reliable and efficient operation of Microsoft SQL Server
  • Write SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions
  • Perform database maintenance, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
• ERP System Support
  • Provide user support and issue resolution for ERP systems
  • Handle ERP data extraction, reporting, and documentation
  • Update training materials related to ERP usage
• IT Support & Infrastructure
  • Provide technical support for software, hardware, and network issues
  • Coordinate system upgrades, patch management, and deployments
  • Assist in enterprise application maintenance and configuration
• IT Project & Asset Management
  • Assist in IT project planning and implementation (e.g., system upgrades, documentation)
  • Maintain project documentation and reports
  • Manage IT asset inventory, procurement, tagging, and disposal
  • Track software licenses, service contracts, and renewal timelines
