Position Title

Executive, Inflight System & Development

Reporting To

Manager, Inflight System & Development

Position Summary

The role is responsible for, and serves as a key stakeholder in, the In-flight Catering Operations System (ICOS) and related systems that support all business activities. The role also involves planning, executing, monitoring, and tracking ICOS operations to ensure alignment with the business case and operational requirements. Additionally, it is responsible for ensuring smooth system operations and preparing management reports on system performance.

Key Accountability
  • To conduct training on In-Flight Operations Systems and ensure all related documentations and policies are maintained and updated.
  • To ensure the system is running smoothly according to agreed SLA. Communicate with vendor, IT and stakeholders on any system updates, patches and maintenance activities.
  • To ensure all users are trained and all related documentations and policies are maintained and regularly updated. Attend to queries from users on system functionalities and issues.
  • To ensure all system issues, updates and upgrades are recorded, tracked and resolved within agreed SLA
  • Collection and analysis of system data for management reporting.
  • To ensure all system reports are generated and updated. Collaborate with business users on new reporting requirements.
Qualifications and Working Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in airline catering operations, inflight services, or aviation-related system management. Experience with operational systems (e.g., ICOS, ERP, or similar) is highly desirable
