A prominent mixed-use urban development company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Executive for Human Resources & Administration. The role involves managing the recruitment process, conducting employee inductions, and supporting manpower planning. Candidates should possess a diploma or degree in Human Resources and have at least 2 years of experience in HR. This position offers a chance to work in a dynamic environment, ensuring smooth employee integration and administrative support.
Manages the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
Conducts employee inductions to ensure smooth integration into the company.
Supports manpower planning and coordinates with Head of Department for staffing needs.
Responds to employee enquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Organises and manages employee events, meetings, and training logistics.
Assists in payroll processing.
Administers employee benefits programmes such as health insurance and leave.
Maintains up-to-date data in the Human Resources Information System.
Coordinates in‑house trainings and maintains training records.
Assists with performance management processes.
Maintains and updates HR documents.
Coordinates office maintenance, supplies, and equipment needs.
Acts as the point of contact for administrative inquiries.
Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years working experience in an HR environment.
Knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act and labour laws.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
High attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
