About the Opportunity

Our client is a newly established start-up company seeking motivated individuals who can contribute to building the business from the ground up. This role requires someone who is resourceful, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Contract Details
  • Position Type: 6-month contract
  • Location: Kuala Lumpur (office-based)

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle HR and administrative functions, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee records management.
  • Prepare and maintain HR-related forms, documents, and filings in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Provide general office administration support, including documentation, filing, and correspondence.
  • Assist management in implementing HR initiatives and supporting day-to-day operational needs.
  • Ensure smooth office operations and support in ad-hoc projects as required.
Requirements
