About the role

As a HR Analyst at Reckitt's Shared Services Centre, you will dive into data-driven environments where your insights have the power to shape our HR landscape. This is a role for those who find stories in numbers and strength in analytics. Key Areas of Responsibilities
  • Act as part of the Global People Services Team aligned to ‘Hire to Retire’ services supporting ASEAN, North Asia, MENARP & Africa region.
  • Deliver advanced HR services, including handling complex queries and providing first‑line advice and guidance.
  • Execute data transactions or system transactions where these cannot be performed by self‑service or automation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (e.g., HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence) and internal teams (e.g., Solutions Team) to identify optimal solutions for employee queries.
  • Prioritize cases and conduct continuous follow‑ups to ensure timely case closure in line with SLA.
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives within HR processes and systems.
  • Demonstrate a methodical and organized approach to work situations with high attention to detail.
  • Maintain professionalism and customer focus, including absolute discretion and sensitivity in handling confidential matters.

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field from a recognized university or relevant professional qualifications.
Experience
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Employee Lifecycle or HR Services (e.g., onboarding, offboarding, HR administration, case management) would be added advantage.
  • Fresh grads are welcome to apply.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel (v‑lookup, nested IF, string, pivot tables, and other advanced functions).
  • Good knowledge of HR systems such as ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, and HRIS is an advantage.
Competencies
  • Strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage time and responsibilities with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tough deadlines.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
