Job summary

Qualifications

  • 1 – 3 years of working experience in content creation/design; fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome.

Job description

Work closely with HR teams to create and publish digital/multimedia content, including emails, newsletters, infographics, posters, video, presentations, and other HR communications materials.

Collaborate with the team to ensure all content, including graphics, written text, and multimedia is accurate, compliant, and aligned with the organization’s values.

Organize, update and maintain HR content across internal platforms (e.g., Intranet) for easy access and consistency.

Support HRIS by performing HRIS-related data entry, responding to employee queries about the HRIS and providing guidance on HRIS usage.

Assist in digitalizing HR processes by supporting HRIS improvements, workflow automation, and system enhancements.

Support the HRIS in employee training and new module implementation, as well as gathering feedback from employees about HR system usability for improvements.

Track and analyze engagement metrics for HR communications (e.g., email open rates, intranet views) and report insights for further optimization.

Collect employee feedback on HR communications and campaigns to improve relevance and impact.

Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Digital Creative Content, Multimedia Design or related field.
  • 1 – 3 years of working experience in content creation/design; fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.
