A leading organization in HR management in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a creative professional to join their HR team. The ideal candidate will create and publish engaging HR communications, support HRIS operations, and ensure content accuracy across platforms. They should have a degree in a related field, skills in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva, and a passion for HR culture. Collaboration and project management are essential in this role.
Work closely with HR teams to create and publish digital/multimedia content, including emails, newsletters, infographics, posters, video, presentations, and other HR communications materials.
Collaborate with the team to ensure all content, including graphics, written text, and multimedia is accurate, compliant, and aligned with the organization’s values.
Organize, update and maintain HR content across internal platforms (e.g., Intranet) for easy access and consistency.
Support HRIS by performing HRIS-related data entry, responding to employee queries about the HRIS and providing guidance on HRIS usage.
Assist in digitalizing HR processes by supporting HRIS improvements, workflow automation, and system enhancements.
Support the HRIS in employee training and new module implementation, as well as gathering feedback from employees about HR system usability for improvements.
Track and analyze engagement metrics for HR communications (e.g., email open rates, intranet views) and report insights for further optimization.
Collect employee feedback on HR communications and campaigns to improve relevance and impact.
Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
