Key Responsibilities

Drive workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning initiatives.

Support organizational change and implement change management strategies for smooth transitions.

Advise on HR policies, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws.

Collaborate on performance management processes and employee engagement programs.

Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve decision-making and business outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR role.

Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and change management principles.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver results under pressure.

HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) or relevant qualifications are an advantage.
