Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all e‑invoicing related inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
• Review and reconcile daily source files with meticulous precision to ensure data accuracy and system integrity.
• Deliver prompt and efficient first‑line technical support, guiding users through troubleshooting steps and addressing their questions.
• Collaborate effectively with both users and IT teams to ensure the timely generation and delivery of e‑invoice reports.
• Conduct clear and concise briefings and training sessions as needed to enhance user understanding and proficiency with the CES system.

Jobholder Requirements

Malaysian citizen.

Education/Qualification

• Degree in Banking, Accounting or Business Information Systems is required

Experience/Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of working experience in a financial institution, particularly in taxation or branch operations, is highly advantageous.
• Experience in accounting, tax, or audit departments within a large accounting firm will be added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace is essential.
