Job Description

Responsible to support the financial planning and operations required for budgeting and periodic forecasting to aid management in achieving strategic business plans and decision making.

Responsibilities
  • Review and analyse the actual monthly Profit & Loss for Poultry Feeds which includes the followings:
  • Analyse contribution by SKUs and customers which include pricing and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS)
  • Sales volume achievement by product categories, channels and key customers
  • Logistics and Packaging cost analysis
  • Production Variable overheads include labor, electricity, Repair & Maintenance, and other analysis.
  • Plant fixed overheads and operating expenses analysis.
  • Review and analyse transportation cost for Poultry Integration, including Feeds, Day Old Chick (DOC), Broiler and Finished Products.
  • Responsible for the rolling of 12 months Profit & Loss (P&L) forecast. Identify gaps and recommend the action plans.
  • Responsible for the annual budget which is aligned and supported by the strategic business goals.
  • Continuously provide recommendations for areas of improvement in the current financial, accounting processes and reporting for better efficiency.
  • Perform feasibility study for new CAPEX and assigned projects accordingly.
  • To perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time.
Qualifications
  • CIMA, ACCA, Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Accounting or equivalent.
  • 1 - 2 years of working experience in financial planning & analysis, financial reporting or related field.
