Job description

Executive (Finance) - parking management

• To update data in the Amano Parking Management System.
• Daily/ weekly bank reconciliations of incoming payment from car park including from TouchNGo, E-wallet and direct debit payment.
• Monitoring parking deposit and refund.
• To check and properly record of parking Direct Operating Expenses (DOE).
• To monitor, follow up and take necessary action to any unpaid invoices from seasonal parkers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline finance processes.
• Preparations of monthly parking report.
• Preparations of parking budgets for revenue and DOE for yearly budget preparations.
• Address and resolve financial queries regarding parking issues promptly and professionally.
• Any other functions as assigned by Management from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Possess a recognized degree in Accounting/ Business or related field.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English both written and oral.
• Highly motivated, meticulous and must be able to work as a team.
• Minimum 1 - 3 years of working experiences in related field.
