Job description

Perform finance functions as assigned by Head of Department and ensure timely completion of tasks and submission of reports within deadlines.

Job Responsibilities
  • Perform daily payments, including ESP payments, accurately and on time.
  • Update and maintain bank transaction records for manual payments and receipting.
  • Prepare payment and receipting journal entries in accordance with accounting procedures.
  • Prepare other journal entries as required to support finance operations.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing for all payment and journal entry records.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and support month‑end closing activities when required.
  • Perform dividend entries in the system accurately and on a timely manner.
  • Reconcile dividend entries against reports received from the Corporate Action team.
  • Prepare and print relevant dividend reports for record‑keeping and review.
  • Post dividend entries upon completion of reconciliation.
  • Communicate dividend entries to clients via email and respond to related enquiries when required.
  • Prepare and maintain auto bank reconciliations for SCB banks.
  • Prepare manual bank reconciliations for various banks as required.
  • Monitor and follow up on payment returns, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Prepare auto and manual bank reconciliation statements accurately and on a timely basis.
  • Ensure proper archiving and filing of all bank reconciliation statements for audit and record purposes.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of working experience in a related field.
  • Fresh graduates with strong interest in finance are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and Winbos.
  • Meticulous with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
