Job Descriptions

• Provide Enterprise Application support and manage user expectation in manufacturing & Sales environment.
• Provide first level & second level Enterprise Application (ERP, CRM, SCM etc.) support to end user.
• To manage issues or change request.
• Prepare project documentation including Business Analysis Report, Business Process Flow, Functional Specification and Change Management report.
• To provide system training for user.
• To participate in system evaluation and testing (SIT/ UAT).
• Work closely with system user and deliver the project on schedule.
• To prepare periodic operation report to management.
• Develop and demonstrate a high level of ethics, care for user that can meet or exceed expectations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Business Information System or its equivalent (i.e. Accounting, Business/Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Business)
• Knowledge of any Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or accounting system. Eg. Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Sage, Infor, Epicor, SAP B1 etc
