SIRIM Academy Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Executive (E-learning) to join our dynamic team based in Shah Alam, Selangor. This full‑time position plays a vital role in managing, maintaining, and continuously enhancing our e‑learning platform and technical operations. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Deliver efficient IT and technical support services, including system administration and online platform management.
  • Manage, maintain, and enhance SIRIM Academy’s e‑learning platform and content to ensure an up‑to‑date, user‑friendly, and engaging learning experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders in the development of new e‑learning modules to ensure alignment with customer needs and organizational objectives.
  • Manage and respond promptly to customer enquiries and issues related to e‑learning services, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree in IT / Multimedia, or other related field, with a minimum of one (1) year of related working experience.
  • Experience and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), SCORM‑compliant platforms, or other system administration will be an added advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in written and spoken English, with excellent communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Passionate about technology, learning innovation, and professional growth.
