Job description

As an Executive, E-Commerce (Solution+), you will report directly to the Senior Manager, Solution+, and contribute to various aspects of e-commerce operations, including product and marketing research, customer and vendor support, and data analysis. This role provides an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands‑on experience in e-commerce, sales strategies, and customer relations while working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • To ensure proper record of all vendor business details.
  • To review product posting before approval by manager.
  • To conduct monthly vendor meeting following agenda set.
  • Prepare product activation plan & execute according to timeline set.
  • Handle all payment collection with response and payment link sent to customer within 24 hrs.
  • Coordinate payment release with vendor on weekly basis according to SOP.
  • Manage renovation report tracking updated on weekly basis according to SOP.
  • Perform any other assignments as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in E-Commerce or equivalent.
  • Familiarize with commonly used e-commerce shopping platforms as a customer.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic and supportive environment.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented attitude with strong initiative.
  • Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with managers, teammates, customers, and vendors.
