CARSOME is looking for Dealer Admin Support to keep dealer transactions running smoothly! You'll ensure smooth operation by verifying approvals, managing inquiries, tracking car movement documents, monitoring funding society payments, and handling trailer/parking fee logistics. Your keen eye will also be vital for supporting ad-hoc projects and solving dealer transaction issues. If accuracy and problem-solving are your strengths, we encourage you to apply!

Your Day-to-Day

• To perform the checking and validation of the approval form needed in order to proceed the required action
• Respond and support the request or requirement from other related parties on all related matters of dealer transaction operation
• Perform checking and monitoring on all the related car movement required documents upload for all the branches
• Perform checking and clearance of all the pending payment transactions which fall under funding societies.
• Perform checking and preparation of the trailer and parking fee related tracking and listing.
• Assist on any ad-hoc project if needed and provide solutions to the related parties if facing any issue under dealer transaction related matters.
