Overview

Apply for new model approvals, permits, and exemptions with Customs, MIDA, MITI, and MoF. Manage import permits, applying online Approve Permit (AP), and tax exemption applications/renewals. Apply for Excise Duty and manage duty reduction processes. Prepare and submit customs documentation such as Penilaian Harga, Bank Guarantee, quarterly reports, and scrap disposal applications. Oversee importation costs, billing invoices, insurance applications, and e-filing records. Ensure timely renewal of licenses and compliance with Customs regulations. Liaise with government agencies, internal departments, suppliers, and forwarding agents to resolve any issues. Support in Administrative Task such as planning, budget and carry out any other tasks assigned by superiors.
