Qualification & Experience
  • Diploma, Bachelor's degree Business, Commerce or equivalent related field.
  • Minimum 3~ 4 years of experience.
  • Good communication with able to work effectively under pressure on a variety of tasks or issues simultaneously.
Responsibilities
  1. To proceed Purchase Order from customer. For existing customer and repeat orders, the relevant customer requirements will be processed and transfer to planning department for material planning and production planning. The relevant documents, requirements or information may retrieve from customer portal.
  2. Liaise with customer on Purchase Order and delivery schedule.
  3. Expedite and monitor urgent part.
  4. Prepare On Time Delivery (OTD) report, KPI Daily Sales & Sales Forecast report.
  5. Generate sales order.
  6. Prepare Delivery Master Schedule for each customer.
  7. To arrange customer delivery with logistic department.
  8. To monitor FG inventory level.
  9. To monitor all PO & delivery transactions for the designated customers.
  10. To monitor inventory in local & overseas hub. Tracking on all the delivery activities to the customers.
  11. To coordinate internally of overall preparations & arrangement to support the customers.
  12. To ensure total customer satisfaction in customer scorecard.
  13. To have weekly meeting with operation team to review customer demand.
  14. To prepare monthly shipment quantity report.
  15. To monitor overdue open PO & aging FG inventory.
