A reputable manufacturing company in Masai, Malaysia is looking for a Junior Executive specializing in customer relations. The role includes following up on sales orders, handling customer inquiries, and coordinating delivery schedules. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a related field, a relevant diploma or degree, and be proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently are essential.
Follow up sales/orders with the respective salesperson and interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries or requirements about products and services in a timely and efficient manner.
To be fully supported for salesperson to process the order received from customers.
Handling and feedback on customer’s complaints and delivery discrepancies.
Coordination – Liaise with inter-department to ensure the smooth running of delivery schedule to fulfil customer’s requirements.
Company Assets – Monitoring & tally internal records with customers for company assets (IBC, Drum & others).
Reporting – Database key in on time & no error.
Other ad-hoc duties perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by HOD/ management with no error & within the timeline.
