Executive - Customer Experience Management (Administration & Logistics)
Job Description
POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY
- To execute and implement office administration related activities and manage the department's relevant standards.
ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS
- Manage and coordinate administration and logistics associated activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Oversee the overall administation and logistics management for CEM and ensuring relevant records are well maintained.
- Preparation of reports, presentations and data analysis as required by management.
- Plan, coordinate and lead all recruitment activities within CEM, including liaison with other stakeholders (i.e. human capital, etc...)
- Plan, coordinate and monitor overall logistics operations, including company vehicles, buggies and etc.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials, assets and supplies.
- Participate in projects, purchasing and contract associated activities for CEM.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficient solutions to optimise cost and performance with regards to CEM's administration and logistics activities.
- Communicate and Collaborate with other departments such as Procurement, Finance, Human Capital, Operations Team and others relevated parties to ensure seamless administration and logistics operations.
- To effectively and efficiently manage relevant standards and its compliants of CEM department.
- Able to work effectively with peers, senior and junior colleagues and other stakeholders.
- To professionally resolve issues escalated by staff, passengers and stakeholders.
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills (multilingual is an advantageous).
- Strong organisation skills with a problem-solving attitude. Able to make decisions / provide solution to keep the office functioning and support the operations team.
- Possess self-management, proactive, flexible, organised, attention to detail & efficient attitude/character.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure with tough deadlines.
- Able to execute initiatives under minimum supervision.
- Possesses leadership qualities to lead a team and a great team player.
- Possess a pleasant and professional attitude when dealing with peers, senior and junior colleagues and other stakeholders.
- Computer literate with excellent working knowledge of MS Office.

EXTERNAL
- Degree Certificate, preferably with specialization in Mass Communication/Public Relations/Business Administration / Marketing / Commercial Management

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Diploma with 2 years relevant working experience in Supervisory role
- Certificate / STPM with 3 years relevant working experience in Supervisory role
- SPM with 5 years relevant working experience in Supervisory role
External
- Bachelor’s Degree with 1 year relevant experience.
