Job summary

A financial institution in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a candidate to provide technical evaluations and assessments on various projects. Responsibilities include preparing Technical Evaluation Reports, conducting assessments on machinery and equipment, and visiting project sites to ensure viability. The ideal candidate must ensure compliance with relevant policies while working under the guidance of the Head, CTE and manage tasks efficiently.

• Perform site visits on selected projects to ensure technical viability.

Job description

Provide technical evaluation and assessment on technology, machinery, equipment, vehicle, property, etc. which are to be financed by the Bank and ensure all activities are carried out in line with the relevant policies, guidelines, procedures, and/or statutory requirements.

Tasks & Responsibilities

1.Preparation of Technical Evaluation Report (TER) on projects (to be determined by Head, CTE from time to time), entailing the following:

• To conduct technical evaluation and assessment on technology, machinery, equipment, vehicle, property, etc. to be financed by the Bank to determine amongst others suitability, cost reasonableness as well as project viability.
• To produce TER within the agreed internal time charter.
• To conduct site visits on selected projects to ensure the technical viability of the project.

(Criteria project to be visited will be determined by Head, CTE)
