✨ About the Role

As an Executive, Corporate Communications, you will play a key role in supporting our communication strategies and ensuring smooth execution of branding and media-related activities. This position combines creativity with strong organisational skills; perfect for someone who enjoys both creative work and operational coordination.

Provide administrative and operational support including documentation, scheduling, logistics, and coordination.

Assist in the planning and execution of communication projects and campaigns.

Prepare and manage materials needed for branding, media engagements, and corporate communication activities.

Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners for seamless project delivery.

Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Multimedia, Creative Design, Graphic Design, Public Relations, or related fields (other relevant degrees considered).

1–2 years of experience in corporate communications, branding, media, or similar areas.

Basic skills in design, image creation, and video editing are highly preferred.

Candidates are encouraged to share portfolio links (images/videos).

Experienced in Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator and PremierePro) are highly preferred.

Strong command of English (written & spoken); proficiency in Chinese is an added advantage.

Willing to travel for work, including outstation trips (must possess own transport).

Demonstrates a growth mindset, strong ownership, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Detail-oriented, organised, and capable of managing multiple tasks, timelines, and stakeholders effectively.
