Job description

The Site Quantity Surveyor will assist the Project Manager in preparing and coordinating project cost estimations and interim payments. The role involves close collaboration with project teams, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure contractual and financial compliance, timely delivery of project estimates, and effective management of project claims.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Measurement / Taking Off
    • Prepare of the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on construction drawings and technical specifications.
    • Determine pricing rates formaterials, labor, and equipment. Manage Payment & Claims.
  2. Coordination
    • Verifyactual site quantitiesagainst the original drawings/BQ
    • Prepare and manage progress claims, final accounts, and Variation Orders (VOs) in case of scope changes.
  3. ISO & Policy Compliance
    • Ensure all activities adhere to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015 standards, and company policies. Maintain records for audits and oversee contractual aspects related to Environmental Management System (EMS).
  4. Other Responsibilities
    • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to support departmental objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
