Job description

EXECUTIVE - CONTRACTS (HIGH-RISE BUILDING CONSTRUCTION)

Post-contracts work - material budgeting, cost estimation, as-built site measurement and quantity taking-off before site commencement, invitation of quotation and negotiation, sub-contractor award, material sourcing and procurement, handle progress claim, VO claim, progress payment, final account, attend site valuation and meeting.

Assist in Feasibility Studies and estimating to define the project budget prior to the construction stage.

Work with architects, external QS, contracts and project team.

Evaluate claims for progress payment and additional works or final accounts.

Provide support in the estimation of new project costs, preparation of specifications, BQ and other tender requirements.

Requirements:

Degree in Quantity Surveying or its equivalent.

At least 2 years of working experience in high-rise commercial building and mixed development projects in the construction industry.

Good communication, negotiation, planning and analytical skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
